A Message from the CEO/Executive Director

Ms. Yolanda L. Coleman is the Executive Director of the Housing Authority of the City of Haynesville. Her experience with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) spans several years of Low-Rent Public Housing and Capital Funds.

Her goals for the (HA) are to provide resources and opportunities to increase awareness of accountability and responsibility of staff and residents to improve operations, and to promote and enhance the quality of life for residents.

Yolanda is a native of Haynesville and earned her BS Degree from Southern University A&M and MBA studies at University of Phoenix. She is an active member of Louisiana Housing Council, National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Organization, various community organizations, a public servant and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
